Asking God for rain? Seek Him, ask for Him, Immanuel..God with us.
The earth shook; The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God; Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel. You, O God, sent a plentiful rain, whereby You confirmed Your inheritance, when it was weary.
(Psalms 68:8-9)
“Lord, when You went out from Seir, when You marched from the field of Edom, the earth trembled and the heavens poured, the clouds also poured water; The mountains gushed before the Lord, this Sinai, before the Lord God of Israel.
(Judges 5:4-5)
O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory.
(Psalms 63:1-2)
Ask the Lord for rain in the time of the latter (spring) rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, grass in the field for everyone.
(Zechariah 10:1)
