The sunset sets on the end of an era, one of darkness and shadows. Soon a great Light arises, and with Him life and hope. No longer trapped behind doors of despair, for the Door comes to make a way. Arise and shine, for He has come…and will come, to remain forever, again.
Isaiah 9:2,6,7
The people who walked in darkness
Have seen a great light;
Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death,
Upon them a light has shined.
You have multiplied the nation
……
For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
