Prophecy (December 2020)
“India, your star shines brightest as a people of peace, not as a nation at war. I have sent you many prophets, even great shepherds from ancient times, hear their message, listen to My voice”, says the Lord. “For in My words is the way of life, and a nation whose peoples are as numerous as the sand, will find true peace as the heed My love.” Forces are marshalling, and old foes seek to become new friends. Be wise, discern with the Lord the way ahead, for many will seek your wealth, but only few will be your friends. Be alert great floods are coming, prepare that many will be saved.
My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am still with You. (Psalm 139:15-18).
Our Prayer (February 2021)
Father in heaven, we thank you for Your love and mercy towards us and stand in awe of Your plans and purposes. For surely before the worlds were formed you know our nation, India, and the peoples of this land. Your thoughts towards us easily outnumber the many souls that now call India home. Lord Jesus, in Your mercy You visit us, sending Your presence and messenger to bring us light and hope in the darkness. Forgive us for turning our back on Your faithful, even persecuting those who came in Your name. As much as we persecuted Your brethren, we have persecuted You, Lord have mercy.
Thank you, Lord, for the faithful ones of this land, who seek Your face, and intercede with You for our soul. May Your voice continue to be found upon their lips, and those You bring to our shores from other nations. Open our ears to hear, and our eyes to see, grant us the heart that understands Your truth. Help us to seek justice for all, and yet let mercy triumph. By the Holy Spirit, blow upon our souls such that we receive and move in you grace and truth.
Lord Jesus, soften our hard hearts for You, and the ones that You love. Fill us as we repent and turn afresh with Your light and Spirit, and grant us the power, love, and soundness of mind that drives away the fear we have fallen under. Break the chains that hold so many because of their heritage. With a love for You Father, fiercer than a tiger, cause the idols of our nations to be exposed and cast down. May the false prophetic spirit, and those who use it to control us for their purposes, be exposed, and grant us the wisdom to know how to then act. Let not the hand of our enemy become one of covenant for the nation. Cause us to prosper and multiply as we turn afresh to You.
Lord, cause Your light to burn brightly in our midst, that the darkness would flee, and the veil over our eyes would be removed that we are no led by deception, but guided by Your truth.
This we pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, our Saviour. AMEN.
Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” And he said, “Who are You, Lord?” Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. [a]It is hard for you to kick against the goads.” So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?” (Acts 9:1-6)
