Prophetic Word (December 2020)
As Great Britain is born again, wisdom is needed by its mothers, fathers, and elders, to protect it from the ways of other empires, those threatened by it, and those seeking to return to the past. As a Defender of the Faith, it is born anew, and must seek out its Maker, and make new covenants with those who respect its identity and honour the Creator. The shadows of Europe are not its friend, neither the bellicose ways of Asia nor others abroad. Forces of light and dark will regroup, and new partnerships emerge. Truth will bring to light the agendas of many. Great Britain can indeed be great again, but not built on slavery or industry, rather love, faith, and a heart for others. Innovation and inventions are yours to be had. The old will pass away, as the new begins. See the sword of righteousness has also be given to you.
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43:18-19)
Our Prayer
Father, thank You for your enduring mercy, and that by Your grace the intercession of Christ has brought a new future for the United Kingdom. Lord, forgive us for following the desires of the world, or mistaking our thoughts for Yours. Let Your blood cleanse us of our unrighteousness, as we come before with a contrite heart. True unity comes in Christ; may He bring healing that mend the broken heart. Turn our hearts of flint, to ones of flesh.
Open our ears to hear, our eyes to see, and our heart to understand Your purposes for this nation. Let this not be just the domain of our kings and queens, but all our sons and daughters. Thank You that while we were faithless, You remained faithful, and Your purposes will be fulfilled for this kingdom, becoming the Kingdom of God on earth, a Defender of Faith in the Christ. Train us to wield Your sword of the Spirit, with Your boldness, plundering darkness to release the captives.
Grant us wisdom, leading us in the new paths You have carved for us. Help us to not look back to the past, rather springing forward to the future as the old crumbles away. Help us to see the ancient paths that are revealed, and with a new revelation of Your love and of the Anointed One, may prosperity follow. Pour our Your Spirit, let Your breath bring inspirations that will shape the world, and bring glory to the Lord.
Only let us not be deceived by those who would seek selfish union. We are called not to be unequally yoke with those who breathe the spirit of the world. Grant us the gift of discernment to know the times and peoples that emerge before us. Raise up the Daniels to bring godly counsel to our leaders. Cause the Josephs for our times to arise. Rend our heart for the things that move Yours. Holy Spirit fill our heart with the love of the Father.
Humbly we come before You, Elohim, praying all this in the name of Jesus Christ.
“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. (Isaiah 1:18)
